We wanted to bring Indian Beers from India and introduce them to the American sub continent. We brought in a few shipments. Getting the beer from India took around 6 to 9 weeks in shipping. Another 3 to 4 weeks warehousing. Logistics were very challenging. Shipping was expensive. Often they lost the freshness and couldn’t sustain the journey. That made us wanting to brew them here locally. Using our recipe, Indian style beer. We traveled across and found few places and decided we brew in two cities. Vancouver and Toronto. Both cities we found the best water sources, availability of good Barley and fine hops. And in Vancouver we started our first brew. We will be starting to brew in Toronto shortly. Lot of hard work has been put into it. It is for you to enjoy.
